Working undercover for the new commissioner, Jack and Jamie have a lot to juggle.

They’ve been tasked with rooting out which remaining Harbor Police Department cops are criminals, while working as private investigators and a mass casualty event right in the middle of a downtown park brings out all kinds of people – including a large number of ghosts from those that died too soon and in a horrific way.

Who set the bombs and killed people in their town?

Suspicion is that the attack was both homegrown and local organized crime.

Sister Mary Robert had warned them. “I told you that you and your friends had a gift and were helping to bring peace to those whose lives were ended too soon. I also told you that there were those out there who didn’t want you to be able to help them find justice. Those people also have the ability to speak with the dead and they can make things difficult.”
