In his previous book "The Facts and Fallacies of Climate Change on Our Planet", the Author has independently proven - by in-depth forensic analysis of several databases of information - that the factual causes for global warming, climate change, and ocean levels rising are not because of Man burning fossil fuels and creating a nearly-insignificant concentration of "greenhouse gases" in the atmosphere. The ash residue from coal burning is toxic and carcinogenic - the use of coal should be reduced in the United Sttes because its' ash is a pollutant not because of its emissions having a "greenhouse" effect.

As the front cover mottled temperature image shows, climate change is a regional problem not an "average" global problem. The factual causes of those unwanted changes are a result of astrological, geophysical, and natural factors singly and in complex combinations. Those findings do not absolve Man from creating a hazardous amount of pollution on the planet's water, land, and air resources needed for all forms of life to flourish safely, in protected health, and in comfort.

This book (by the same Author) evaluates, using a mathematical prioritization technique, many of the technologies (each having a unique set of "pros" and "cons") that exist, are emerging, or need to be further developed to enable Man and the environment to realistically deal with the inevitable regional changes hazarding Man and the environment. It is not an "either/or" - it is "all of the above". There is no crisis, but as the population grows in number, most of the challenges also grow with time. Fortunately, with challenges comes opportunities for those associated with all aspects of STEM.
