I decided to curate a collection of my thoughts and musings over the last five years, as a published testimony of my life; growth, transformation, and hope.

Some will be entertained.

Some will be inspired.

Some will find an answer to a question that has long bothered them.

Some will see my heart in all of it, and they will be challenged to find their heart.

I love who I'm becoming now, but five years ago:

Living felt like a burden,

Hoping felt like being stabbed in the heart,

Dreaming made my brain hurt.

I could have given up, sought relief in death but I didn't.

My prayer is that anybody out there who is struggling: be it with anxiety, depression, addictions, hard economic times, family conflict and spiritual wars; will hold on for just a little bit longer.
