Shamus “Shey” Shepherd, a suspended US Marshal, is reinstated to track down Femi Okila, a South African mercenary. Shey – an arrogant cop with a history of romantic entanglements with his witnesses -- becomes sexually obsessed with Femi, a coquettish but deadly escapee. For Shey, the line between fantasy and reality becomes blurred and confusing as he closes in on Femi. Ultimately, Shey realizes that Femi is a mere pawn in a larger international conspiracy.
