Three centuries ago, a dragon held sway over a small village and its surrounds until the legendary knight, Sir George, defeated the worm and forced it to flee the region.

Of course, no one believes the story, except for a young boy called Earl.

One day, the spirit of Sir George appears and tells Earl that the dragon is about to return.

Now Earl must brave his fears and face many foes in the forbidden forest to find the dwarven blacksmith who will craft the weapons he needs to vanquish the worm forever and save his village.
