Malcolm Williams is a Midwesterner born and raised on the south side of Chicago. As a father of two boys and two girls he realized the importance of a safe community early. Property Managment was not his career of choice but somehow it chose him. He began professionally managing property in 2011 in very tough neighborhoods. Because of his love for people and community he soon understood he had the power to not only manage his property effectively but change the neighborhood as well by default.Malcolm has changed countless blocks thoughout the city without the use of a weapon and most of the time without the police.
