This short manual is a compilation of ideas and movement concepts. The ideas presented attempt to explain how to use movement skill practice, “feel,” activation patterns, and tissue tension: sport specific motions which are relevant to hockey, golf, and actions of both the upper and lower limb. Included are basic concepts and drawings which allow the reader to develop understanding of how feel, tension, and movement relate to health and performance. If you can develop an understanding of some terms in this paper, you will be on your way to understanding motion at an expert level.
