The United States Government locates Rock Razie and the Knights Protego in Spain only to have their CIA operatives, captured and returned to the U.S. However, their ability to find him and his friends has put the KP on the defensive and they begin formulating plans to fight back. While doing so, they investigate a strange occurrence on the Euphrates River, which eventually provides them a glimmer of hope. While executing their plans, the President is slaughtered on the east lawn and the KP plan goes in an unexpected direction.

Follow Rock and the KP as they fight the most corrupted government in the history of mankind. The United States Executive and Legislative branches, who will stop at nothing to eliminate Rock Razie and his library of knowledge on their corruption.
