The series "Paranormal Adventures" begins with the book "Is it a Mystery or a Boiler Leak?"

It tells the story of how, in August 2019, a young woman, Allegra, and her teenage brother, Julian, rented an apartment in the heart of Eilat with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and mountains, hoping to enjoy the view and their Life every day.

Little did they know that their neighbors would turn out to be the most rowdy, yelling heavy drinkers, causing chaos day and night.

Instead of pleasure and joy, the tension in their rented apartment grew day by day, and soon it felt like it was hanging in the air.

And then, a series of strange and mysterious events began to happen to them. They had an unusual feeling, as if their presence there was displeasing to some Invisible Being (IB).

To this day, it remains unclear whether what happened had mystical causes or if it was just a faulty boiler, or something else entirely...

The question "Why did these boiler leaks occur exclusively at night and at intervals of several days?" remains unanswered.
