In my personal opinion, the humor and romance are more prominent in this book compared to the other books in the Plump Playwright series. I must say, the book did have quite an unusual start, ended up giving me whiplash. This book helped me destress through my exams, and now yet again it is helping me through the hard times of being a COVID victim. Compared to the other books (Especially Keeping Tessa), the angst was on the light side. Without a doubt, it was quite an enjoyable read, with a cup of tea and heavy rains to go along with it. It is a book to relax with amidst your busy days of work, school, or literally anything else.
