The book series “Letters from Ghana” is a moral and intellectual guide to public discourse. This ebook - Volume 1, Issue No. 2 - comprises 57 peer-reviewed papers. These papers were carefully selected from several more that were published on the blog www.writersghana.com from January to June 2019. The blog, owned by Writers & Shakespeares Ghana Limited, is dedicated to independent scholarship and publication of peer reviewed papers only. The contents are an existential response to public discourse, beginning from Ghana and happening around the world. During the years I published these papers, I was in and out of tenure as a university lecturer. My body of work is, therefore, academic/scholarly in nature since they provided my students and faculty alike important perspectives on how to think and reflect on issues. On account of such expertise, many faculty and students consult us regularly for paid editing services. We have thus become practically a private writing centre for many universities around the world. Indeed many of our articles are cited by students and faculty in their academic and professional documents. Since “the theory and practice cannot be divorced from each other” as my mentor has always insisted, this book is for you also, no matter your present station in life.
