Capt. Kramer, USMC (ret.) and his four-footed partner, Sgt. Shadow, USMC (ret.) take on a new team member when investigations into a huge diamond heist links it to ISIS and their nemesis, Shelley Harper, head of an international crime organization and subject of a 3 year hunt.

Kramer and Harper have a score to settle with one another. Harper’s husband killed Kramer’s parents and his fiancée and Kramer regards Harper guilty by association. And Harper holds Kramer and the FBI responsible for the deaths of her husband and daughter.

Kramer is forced to wrestle with his mid-western upbringing that asks for justice while his heart demands an eye-for-an-eye ... lex talionis. Harper, on the other hand, has no impingements on her desire for revenge.

Kramer is in partnership with his Aussie mate, Darci Tucker and his wife in Global Security Corporation. Even as GSC devotes its entire technical and tactical expertise to locating Harper little do they realize the woman is formulating plans to exact retribution from America on a monumental scale using ISIS and a drug cartel as unwitting partners.
