Quint and Lila Cord are honeymooning in the South of France when ex-pat, Lyon Owens, has Lila kidnapped. Owens plans to use Lila's internet expertise to hack into and drain the financial accounts of his enemy...a Russian born senator from California...to prevent the man's continuous attempts against his life. Before Lila can fully implement Owens' scheme, a team of the senator's hired killers attacks Owens' home in Switzerland. Quint and a group of CIA agents arrive just in time to save Owens and free Lila. With Owens in their custody, soon they are all in the murderers' sights. The President orders Quint to recover a file in Owens's custody that he stole from the senator that lists the names of an international cabal.
