'Pills and paper without shadow' - these are the things meant to help us, to bring comfort and numb the pain, hopefully without any nasty side effects. Sometimes, we can find ourselves going through the motions of life by 'coping' with pills and 'creating' with paper.

This poetry collection resonates with the hidden emotions, taboos, and secrets that we all carry, into the depths of the shadows that shape our lives.

Each poem is a reflection and release under the protection of a shadow, helping us understand ourselves in a fragmented, fast-paced and modern world.
