One of the many things I love about writing poetry is its riddle sense. Usually the idea for a piece begins with something that intrigues me. And if something intrigues me, I create in my mind a moving picture about that challenging something to try making (some) sense of it, attempting to see it “functioning”.
This poem is one of those “films”, sparked by my admiration of our cosmos, and the geared cyclicality of “the nature of life”, untied of life-code/eon.
“You are ready. Calliope will embrace your starry fall, brave bolide,
Brace yourself to impact a great new world and stamp your heart,
Make it count, for the pendulum claims your beat to supernova”
