A while ago, we were employed to work in the Iranian desert for three months. We lived in hotels, progressing to self-catering, and so mixed our environments between work, domesticity, and social activities. During the day we experienced temperatures up to 60 degrees Celsius! But, conversely, we enjoyed the legendary Iranian hospitality of swimming, tennis, parties, and dining out, in our leisure time. In this book, we show you the real words, phrases, specific vocabulary, and grammar that we needed on a day-to-day basis while we lived there. This book has not been prepared with any academic rigour, as neither of us are qualified in linguistics, but both of us genuinely believe that its shortcomings will be overcome by the fact that it will be VERY USEFUL to you.
