All people are blobs of ego. Your bottom-line is to make money. You do that by making customers, suppliers, employees and even the tax man feel important and good like Dale Carnegie said in his 1936 book about making friends and influencing people. It doesn’t matter how fake you are. Act like you care about the people you deal with in business even if you hate them.
