Oliver the Wizard loses his magic hat in the sunny town square. With help from his friends Mia the Owl, Benny the Squirrel, Lily the Baker, and Tom the Toy Maker, they search through the town and park. Along the way, they find a torn kite and—without the hat's magic—work together to mend it using a new spell they create. Through their kindness and teamwork, they realize that true magic comes from friendship and caring. In the end, Oliver finds his hat waiting for him, and they all understand that their hearts hold the greatest magic of all.
