Three friends—Mia Splash, Toby Wave, and Lily Bubbles—enjoy a sunny day at Splash Town waterpark when they notice a popular splash fountain is barely working, disappointing other children. After seeing that the workers are busy, they decide to fix it themselves. Mia finds a loose pipe, Toby uses a wrench to secure it, and they discover a valve to turn. When they turn the valve, the fountain erupts with a joyful spray, bringing cheers from the crowd.
