Joan Holub has authored and/or illustrated over 140 children’s books, including the Goddess Girls series, the Heroes in Training series, the New York Times bestselling picture book Mighty Dads (illustrated by James Dean), and Little Red Writing (illustrated by Melissa Sweet). She lives in North Carolina

Daniel Roode is half-French and half-American. He lives in New York where he works as both an artist and illustrator; previous publishers include HarperCollins, Simon & Schuster and Egmont.

He likes to be close to nature as much as possible, which allows him to meditate and daydream. He also loves all things vintage and collects toys and records. Daniel has illustrated the My Favourite series for Campbell Books.
