Very disappointed! Bought this 2 weeks ago, from the moment I turned it on the virtual keyboard didn't work properly, so I was unable to download via wi-fi. I contacted Kobo help as directed by Borders on the same day as receiving, has taken 2 weeks and several emails for Kobo to tell me that it is "faulty" and to post it to Victoria at my expense. They will replace it with a new or refurbished model at equal value. Honestly after all the time and expense to date on my part I may as well have thrown it out.

I have had my e reader for three days. I already have ten books on it. I was confused to how to put the books on the ereader at first and it took me a while to figure it out. I am happy with my ereader and I am glad I bought it.

kobo really nice, I was surprise how it handles pdf files, better then kindle; though sometimes it freezes when the file is really big and I have to restarted. But overall is pretty good. though it does not synchronize with Angus and Robertson software, which is really disappointing, but I can still download books from here and loaded into my kobo the other way. although it would be better if the software would work.

I'm really happy with this purchase. Having really loved the feel of paper and being a hoarder of way too many books, I wasn't sure if I would like this, but it's actually pretty cool. I like how it doesn't have a backlit display, so you don't drain your eyes out while looking at it. They really try to make it look like paper and do a great job of it. The speed while browsing the shop is better than I expected. The only downside is that sometimes when I press to turn a page it has a delayed response, or no response at all. the touch screen isn't very sensitive. But apart from this tiny flaw, and for the price compared to other ereaders out there, this is definitely a good buy. Borders customer support is also really good if you come across any issues.
