My book e-voucher still has not arrived by email - do they use 21st century technology at A&R? how long does it take? You claim " quick processing times", but I have been waiting 4 days for an email e-gift card!! I call that snailmail standards. I will never use your bookstore again. I paid for a Christmas gift that I will not be able to give on time. I went to the supermarket and bought a Dymocks gift card instead.

I ordered an e-gift card a week ago as a gift for my father’s birthday and he it’s still ‘processing’ not good enough!! I spent $$ and he hasn’t got it!! I used to love going in store and buying books a number of times a year but since it’s been all online.. nothing but trouble, when I message them, they don’t even bother replying!! I will not be ordering from here again!! I’ll go to a proper book store like Harry Harthogs etc. I am really disappointed at how much they have fallen!!!
