What an awesome cookbook! Simon Bryant delivers inspiring, seasonal veggie recipes that look completely delicious! He shows a lot of care and respect for the food he uses and creates making the end result a staple for vegetarians or carnivores.

As a lifelong vegetarian and collector of vegetarian cookbooks, this book is at the top of the pile. Excellent recipes to get you out of a cooking rut, written by a bloke that cares about the provenance of his ingredients, introduces a few more exotic ones to perk your interest and writes a good recipe preamble. Cannot recommend enough!
