Joe McGee

Joe McGee earned an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts and an MA in Writing from Rowan University. He teaches creative writing at Sierra Nevada College’s low-residency MFA program.

An avid cartoonist, board game player, and role-playing gamer, Joe is also the author of the Junior Monster Scouts chapter book series and three picture books: Peanut Butter & Brains, Peanut Butter & Aliens, and Peanut Butter & Santa Claus. He lives in a quiet little river town with his wife (also a children’s book author) and their puppy, Pepper. 

Ethan Long

Ethan Long is an internationally recognised children's book author and illustrator with over 70 titles to his credit, which includes PW starred Fright Club. The sequel to his Theodor Seuss Geisel Award winner, Up, Tall and High!, In, Over and On! was featured in the New York Times Book Review Back to School Issue.

His Chamelia and the New Kid in Class was a 2014 Children's Choice Honor Book. He is also the creator of the Emmy-nominated preschool series Tasty Time with ZeFronk. He lives in Orlando, Florida.
