Ordered on 29 December 2020 and today is 20 July 2021 and still not here! The worst service I have ever receive. Chased up multiple times, received an appliance offered express post delivery when the stock arrived, but that didn't happen either! Parcel picked up by Australia post 39 June 21 today is 20 July and it doesn't appear to have left! Never ever again will I purchase from you!
Ordered on the 29th of April and still has not arrived (now 11th July). Contacted Angus and Robertson on the 26th of June and even tho the books were in stock they had not been dispatched. The lady was very nice and managed to dispatch the order same day I called, however she said I would be upgraded to free express shipping m and it looks as tho this was not the case as it has been almost 3 weeks since and still has not been arrives. Bought for an anniversary for over a month ago now.
Amazing delivery! Books are awesome! There’s a bit of a printing error on the 14th volume’s spine. It’s misaligned and goes over to the back of the cover. But other than that, everything is great!
