We are open and still despatching as many orders as we can, as quickly as possible. This may change however we will keep you updated of any changes.


Australia Post Delivery Delays

Australia Post have advised a general delay in parcel delivery due to the impact of reduced flights, social distancing procedures and increased online shopping. They are working continuously to maintain delivery and apologise for any inconvenience.

My Order Has Not Yet Arrived

Most items are despatched from our Sydney warehouse using Australia Post and can be tracked using their online service. You can find the tracking code in your shipping notification email.

If you are an A&R member, you can track your delivery from within your account for your shipped parcels. Simply Navigate to 'Order History' select Track delivery for the title you are following up on.


If your order is still processing, then your order confirmation email will state the shipping times for each product on your order. This is the best place to first look if you are concerned your order hasn't yet shipped.


How Long Should I Wait Until Contacting Customer Service?

If you have checked your order confirmation and the shipping time frame has passed please use the form below to get in contact with us. 

If your parcel has shipped please allow three business days after the Australia Post estimate delivery date before contacting us.
