My Order Has Not Yet Arrived

We’re now advising a ‘Sent In’ time for orders.

Each product will now list the despatch timeframe of the item. This is the time it will take for the product to leave our Sydney Warehouse. Once sent, you will receive a tracking link so you can track delivery.

Delivery timeframes depending on where the items are being delivered within Australia.

Please check the estimated delivery times for your region (for after your order is sent from our warehouse) on the Delivery Tab on each product's page.

If you are an A&R member, you can track your delivery from within your account for your sent parcels. Simply Navigate to 'Order History' select Track delivery for the title you are following up on.

If your order is still processing, then your order confirmation email will state the despatch times for each product on your order. This is the best place to first look if you are concerned your order hasn't been sent.

How Long Should I Wait Until Contacting Customer Service?

If you have checked your order confirmation and the despatch time frame has passed please use the form below to get in contact with us. 

If your parcel has sent please allow three business days after the Australia Post estimate delivery date before contacting us.

Please include as much information as possible to assist us in handling your request as quickly as possible.
