Australia Post Delivery Delays

Australia Post have advised a general delay in parcel delivery due to the impact of reduced flights, social distancing procedures and increased online shopping. They are working continuously to maintain delivery and apologise for any inconvenience.

eBook and eReader (Kobo) Returns

While eBooks and eReaders are unable to be returned due to change of mind, we may be able to help if your eReader is faulty or arrives to you damaged.

You are required to contact Kobo directly in the first instance. For Kobo to accept a returned device from us they require a copy of correspondance from them where they have informed you to return the device to us.

If the fault is discovered within 30 days of your order being shipped please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement. We will provide you with a return authorisation (with tracking) to send the eReader back to us. You will need to include a printout of your communication with Kobo where they have advised to return the device to us, the original packaging and any accessories (namely the USB cord).

If the fault is after 30 days of your order being shipped and your eReader is faulty please contact Kobo, your device is then covered by their 12 month warranty.
