How Do I Return An Order?

We offer an unbeatable product return proposition: within 30-days of the product being despatched to you, we offer you a no-hassle returns service, subject to our returns policy. Please note that we don't offer an exchange service.

Returns can be requested using the form below, supplying the order number, product title and ISBN. If you use the 'Return Item' function on your 'Order History' page then the details below will be automatically populated.

If you paid for your order using Afterpay and have cancelled or returned an item we will contact AfterPay directly and inform them of the change to your order. Please note that until Afterpay inform you of a refund (or re-adjusted payment schedule), you should consider all payment instalments still owing.


Requesting Returns from Within Your Account:

  1. Sign-in to your Angus and Robertson account

  2. Choose ‘"Your Name's" Account’ at the top of the page.

  3. Select 'Order History' from the drop down or on options on the left.

  4. Select and expand the Order Number on which the item you wish to return was placed.

  5. Click 'Return Item' for the item you wish to return.


Don't forget to mention why you wish to return your order.

Once you have been in contact with our team, we will organise for the return to be sent to us.
