Having Trouble Placing an Order?

If you are having trouble submitting your order, then please check the following details of your order:

  1. Check if there is an error message in the popup box in the lower-right corner of the screen. The error may relate to an invalid voucher code. If the message says to contact Customer Service then try the other options below first, which work in most cases.

  2. Manually re-enter the address. Sometimes the browser you are using may prefill in the address and information may be missing. Simply click each field and ensure the information is correct. For the postcode, please type in the number and then select the surburb from the drop down menu. 

  3. Also confirm that the payment details are correct, if you have received an error screen we will inform you of the reason why so that you can follow up with your card provider.

  4. We do have another good trick, which works on any website that is giving you trouble, where you can force your browser to clear away any old data (they store old data so that sites you visit often load more quickly). You can easily force your computer to reload the screen as follows:

    Windows-based PC users:

    Press the 'CTRL' and 'F5' keys in unison. The page should now reload.

    Apple Mac users:

    Press the CMD+SHIFT+R keys in unison, and the page should now reload.

    Smartphone & tablets users: Clear your caches via the 'Settings' option on your device.
